Returns and Exchanges Policy
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery of your package.
In case your item is defective, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, as indicated on your receipt. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be in its original condition, with unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
- Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned in full.
- Non-returnable or non-exchangeable items are not eligible.
- Return shipping costs for online orders will be at the customer’s expense and will not be covered by SHOP ALL STORE LLC.
- Applicable consumer laws are unaffected by this return policy.
Product Condition for Returns
Items being returned must be in their original condition. Any damage caused by wear and tear, improper use, assembly errors, missing components, or accidents may incur charges.
For returns due to quality issues, SHOP ALL STORE LLC will cover return shipping and restocking fees.
For returns based on personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as determined by SHOP ALL STORE LLC policies.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Note: Unauthorized returns or exchanges may lead to loss of goods and will not be eligible for refunds.
For authorized returns, SHOP ALL STORE LLC will provide a prepaid return label.
Please include all original packaging, manuals, gifts, and accessories when returning items to avoid additional charges.
Once we receive your return, we will confirm receipt via email. The returned product will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If it is approved, the refund or exchange will be processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
